3. Butcher skills/Skills

Understanding meat primal cuts is essential for meat processors and butchers. Our training program provides an in-depth look at different meat cuts, their characteristics, and best practices for handling and processing. Participants will learn how to identify primal cuts, break down carcasses, and portion meat to maximize yield and value
